I decided to take a week off from goal setting last week and play a little catch-up. We have had a lot of sickness floating around the house plus I am feeling a little more tired now that I have entered the 3rd trimester. We have also been working on a few home improvement projects.

Here are my goals from two weeks ago.

Personal:

1. Memorize 1 Peter 1:4-5 and review verses 1-3 (Need to work on this one some more)

2. Exercise 3-4 days.

3. Finish reading

Organized Simplicity and Money Saving Mom’s Budget

Family:

4. Plan a date night/ Valentine’s date for next week

5. Take the kids to the park and have a picnic

Homeschool:

6. Read to Olivia and Noah everyday

7. Do a Valentine’s Day craft

Homemaking:

8. Clean out and defrost our deep freezer (Our freezer is on out back porch and the weather has been a little to chilly to do this one.)

9. Organize kids dresser

10. Find material and start baby blanket

This weeks goals:

Personal:

1. Memorize 1 Peter 1:4-5 and review verses 1-3

2. Exercise 3-4 days.

3. Finish reading

Money Saving Mom’s Budget

4. Listen to audio version of Trusting God

Family:

5. Go on a family walk twice

6. Have a hospitality night

Homeschool:

7. Read to Olivia and Noah everyday

8. Look into preschool curriculum for Olivia this fall

Homemaking:

9. Clean out and defrost our deep freezer

10. Go through kids clothing in storage and see what we have for spring/summer

Menu Plan

Breakfast- (served with fruit)

M-S

Scrambled or fried eggs w/toast x2

Oatmeal or cereal x2

Peanut butter toast w/yogurt

Waffles or pancakes w/bacon

Sunday Church breakfast- I’m making cinnamon roll cake and banana bread

Lunch-  (w/ fruit, raw veggies or chips)

PB&J

Turkey sandwiches

Veggie beef soup and grilled cheese

Leftovers

Dinner-

Monday- Crockpot navy beans w/ mixed veggies and cornbread

Tuesday- Hamburgers w/ oven fries and baked beans

Wednesday- Leftovers

Thursday- Chicken Alfredo w/ broccoli and garlic bread

Friday- BBQ Chicken sandwiches w/ chips and  fresh veggies

Saturday- Chicken Quesadillas w/ black beans and corn

Sunday- Eat with extended family
